Delivery Time All orders are Delivered within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Packaging All Dhaarmik products are carefully packaged to ensure your crystals arrive safely and beautifully. We use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at dhaarmikk@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
